01 GENERAL PROVISIONS
- 1.1 This agreement contains the rules of the Atlantis legal department (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and regulates the functioning and usage of the investment network resource;
- 1.2 Each Partner has to read and agree with this Agreement of the Parties (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) before proceeding with the registration procedure. The registration on the site means full and unconditional acceptance by the Partner of the conditions of this Agreement and also full and unconditional acceptance of the agreements on processing of personal data and the agreement on non-disclosure;
- 1.3 This Agreement can be changed and/or added by Atlantis legal department unilaterally without any special notice to the other party.
02 ABOUT THE RESOURCE
- 2.1 The Company is an online resource located on the Internet at https://atlantisinvest.company;
- 2.2 The project accepts deposits from the Partner with further payment of dividends on the deposit made with the Company. All the funds are withdrawn from the main activity of the Company.
03 REGISTRATION
- 3.1 The registration in the resource is available at https://atlantisinvest.company/registration;
- 3.2 Anyone of legal age in his or her country of residence can be a member of this resource;
- 3.3 You can create only one account from one computer or mobile device.
04 CREATING A DEPOSIT
- 4.1 A Partner has the right to create one or several deposits on the presented investment offers at the Company’s official website;
- 4.2 The amount of deposit in the resource is regulated by the specified investment offers;
- 4.3 Amount of withdrawal in the project is from $10, the number of withdrawals is not limited.
- 4.4 Payment for the deposit is made by using the payment systems Bitcoin, Etherium, USDT (TRC20), Payeer.
05 PAYMENTS
- 5.1 Interest on deposits is credited to the Partner’s account balance according to the investment offers, but not earlier than 24 hours from the moment of registration of the deposit;
- 5.2 Immediately after the accrual, funds become available for withdrawal from the balance of personal account;
- 5.3 Withdrawals are made within 24 hours from the moment of request for withdrawal.
06 AFFILIATE PROGRAM
- 6.1 Each Partner can take part in the Partner Program and receive an affiliate commission in the form of a certain amount from each new deposit of a new Partner you invited;
- 6.2 The Partner program in the Company consists of 4 levels: 8%-4%-2%-1%.
07 RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY
- 7.1 The Technical Support Department of the Company guarantees the proper functioning of the resource and all scripts related to it, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the resource. The access may be limited during technical works on the hosting side, as well as in case of circumstances, which occurred for the reasons out of the Company’s control and require time to fix;
- 7.2 The Company shall not be liable for any possible damage incurred by the Partner or other persons as a result of participation in investment activity of the Company;
- 7.3 Participant agrees to bear all risks related to participation in investment activity on his/her own, including all the risks of losing the invested funds.
08 FINAL PROVISIONS
- 8.1 This Agreement consists of the agreement between the Partner and the Company on the procedure of participation in Atlantis investment program;
- 8.2 These Agreements come into force for the Partner from the moment of registration on the website of the investment platform;
- 8.3 For any reasons, if one or several provisions of this Agreement will be declared invalid or unenforceable, it has no effect on validity or suitability of other provisions.
